1 year and 9 months natural

HEEEY there!
At the beginning of October, I took my hair extensions (which I have previously done a post on Here) out and decided to have my natural hair out to college.

Now this was a massive decision for me as usually I don't like my natural hair out, mostly because of the looks I receive from people and because I found it to be at such an awkward length when I last had it out.
However, this time around I have absolutely loved loved loved having my natural hair out.

One guy said to me "So that's all your hair?" and I flicked it, well I tried but it didn't really moved haha and said YES!

My hair has grown, I can't believe how far its come. I feel like it is my baby and I'm looking after it, watching it grow, I'm probably sounding a bit crazy but its true.

So here's me at 1 year and 9 moths natural!

The Body Shop Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser

Hellllloooo!
Recently I had an allergic reaction to honey. I put it on my face because it made my face feel so smooth, I even raved about it on my YouTube Channel in my October Favourites video.

After using it for about 2 or 3 days and night, I realised that I had some bumps all over my cheeks and I was like "Can you find somewhere else to reside please?" Not literally but you get my point!

Basically, the honey I had applied wasn't pure so I reacted to an ingredient in it. My skin looked so bad. Reacting to the honey made my skin extremely sensitive, it tingled whenever I put any kind of product on it which is why I decided to buy this cleanser for sensitive skin from The Body Shop.

It is called the Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser.
It "gently, but thoroughly removes make-up, impurities and daily grime"
I don't use it to take off my make-up as it just takes so much longer and I feel like I'm wasting the product.
I use it to take off my eye make-up and then take off the rest of my makeup by washing my face. I then use the cleanser again just to make sure that all my make-up is off!
On days when I don't wear makeup, I still use it to take off "daily grime"
There's nothing better than going to bed with a nice clean face!

Overall I like it, however I feel that I don't have enough control over the amount of product that comes out when I squeeze it but it's not a big problem because I just put it on my face away to make sure it's extra clean!

Leaves at my feet

Jacket,Scarf  & Shoes - New Look
Shirt - Primark
Jeans - Dorothy Perkins

Hellooo! I wrote a post recently on this jacket when I wore it to a party and here is another post with a more casual look.
Before the half term, I also wore it to college and a friend took pictures for me. I love the leaves at my feet in the pictures, it brings an autumnal feel to this post.

I love this jacket. It just fits perfectly and I won't lie, I feel pretty important when I wear it especially when I have my hands in the pockets.

I've also included a picture of my hair as I'm loving the way my curls are looking these days.
It's only now that I'm really and truly loving my natural hair even though it doesn't always do what I want on a morning when I'm rushing to college.

UCAS deadline next week *gulps*

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Berry Couture

with flash..

Lately, I have been branching out of my comfort zone by experimenting with brighter lipsticks. I have tried out Shade 7 & and Shade 3 from MUA and really liked them.
I was in Superdrug with a friend and saw that Revlon were offering £2 off their lipsticks so I thought I'd check their lipsticks out and as soon as I tried this on, I loved it.
It wasn't until I got home and tried it on again, that I knew I really really loved it.

It is such a beautiful colour, it goes on like a lip balm and is very buildable. I can just swatch it once or twice on my lips for a muted look or build it up and make it such a bright lipstick.

As you can see, I have my natural hair out! I will be doing a length check very soon as my hair has grown so I am very excited!

Please watch my latest haul video to see this lipsticks on and various other things I've bought!

Monochrome with a hint of Pink

Jumper, Jacket & Necklace - H&M
Jeans - Dorothy Perkins
Shoes & Purse - New Look

As well as being Black History Month, this month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
At my college, we have been selling badges to support breast cancer research (shown in picture 4) for £1 and some of us are baking cakes to raise more money.

This is just an OOTD of what I wore to college the day I first got the badge.

I absolutely, positively love this outfit. It so casual, looks like I didn't really try but I did and is black and white! You can't really go wrong with black and white can you?!
As I was rocking this monochrome look, I felt like the pink of the badge added a lil' somethin' to the look.

My purse is also black and white so I did feel the need to get it out and take a picture with it.

Hope you're having a good week.

Biker Chick

Hellloo, long time no type! College has basically taken over my life and it's only been a month *sobs quietly in a corner* which is why there has been no posts.

After buying this biker jacket in the New Look sale, I couldn't wait to wear it so I wore it to the party I attended that weekend.
I think my favourite picture is where I'm holding the food I was taking home!
God bless Nigerians for throwing Nigerian parties with surplus food.
I had a great time, and obviously there was a whole lot of laughter!

you know when you're trying to take pictures for your blog and your friend's just sat there chillin'...

Stripey Pink!

Top - H&M
Trousers - Primark
Shoes - Primark
Bag - Zara

 Hellooo!
Back again with another outfit post.
This holiday has definitely my busiest due to summer schools, work experience, partying and attending a christian conference! It has definitely flown by. I can't believe this time next week, I'll have started my second year at college. The moral of the story is that time flies!

Once again on yet another Sunday, I found myself at a house party. This one was to celebrate my beautiful aunt turning 40 and this is what I decided to wear!

In true Nigerian style, we turned the music up loud and danced around in her garden a circle with one of us getting into the middle one at a time to dance with the celebrant which was hilarious!

I hope you've had a good summer!

Grateful!

Top - H&M
Blazer - Cotton On
Jeans- Dorothy Perkins
Shoes - New Look
Necklace- Primark

Helllo!
Last Sunday, I went to a friend's house to celebrate his birthday with him and it reminded me of how grateful I am for the amazing people I have in my life! I also managed to sneak in a cheeky outfit of the day ;)

Most of our time is spent laughing (which is one of favourite things to do) and I appreciate each one of them.

I have also discover a new talent of mine that has been itching to come out which is basically being amazing at staring contests, hope this explains the last picture!
