6 months natural baby!

Firstly, I'm going to apologise for the poor quality of my pictures, this is because they've been taken with my web cam as my camera is broken for the time being. You know what sucks? When you buy a camera tripod and then your camera breaks.

So I took my extensions out to see my hair grow and here it is :) I've been natural for 6 months now! YAAAY! *dances*
I can definitely tell that it's grown. I have done a post on going natural, which you can find here.

I'm entirely happy with my hair and I'm so glad I got it cut in the first place.
I'm still getting used to taking care of my natural hair as it is a lot of work but I'm getting better at it and seeing it grow makes it all worth it!

NOW, I'm going to attempt to show you how I tie my scarf on my head. As my hair is still quite short, I like using different accessories like scarfs, headbands, hats (when my hair just won't cooperate) etc just to jazz it up until I get my Rapunzel locks so here's how I do it.

                                                               You'll need a scarf.

Wrap the scarf around your head, crossing the opposite side together.

                                                        Then pull it forward.

Put the scarf in the direction you want to, I prefer to put my at the side but you might want it in the middle.

Then simply tie it.

It should then look like this, if you want to leave it this way then feel free...Start a new trend. ;)

If not, tie the scarf again and again until there's no more material left.

Then tuck the rest underneath the scarf

And voila!

Here's what it looks like up close.

All together now!

Blue Skies.

Have you been watching the olympics?!WHO HASN'T?! and is it just me that has been obsessed with those Google games, I get so distracted! With the times I've been getting, I really should have taken part in the Olympic Basketball competition. :/

I just adore the smile on the faces of the winners who've worked so hard to get to where they are, it  just melts my heart!
I was with a friend of mine and we were discussing how teenagers like Gabby Douglas are competing at the Olympics, winning Gold Medals while we were in the middle of the city centre drinking juice from the carton.
If there was an Olympic Medal  for eating chicken, You know I'd win that right? Because I would.
This is not going to be a long post, NO! DON'T CRY OKAY? YOU'LL SET ME OFF! There will be more ;)
I was lounging by the pool in my garden, sipping champagne, on the phone to Channing lol jk we don't even have garden chairs, the best drink in my house right now is Sunpride tropical juice from Costco and the only time I've spoken to Channing Tatum is when he's on my TV screen but I know he hears me.... ANYWAY, I looked up and the sky looked amazing. I don't really look up at the sky during the day probably because the weather been so bipolar but I'm glad I did. I whipped out my camera, and took some pictures and here they are. Pictures of my mum's flowers are also included. I know. I'm just too kind.

There's not really that many poses the clouds can do no matter how much I shout but I hope you enjoyed looking at them. Indeed it was a beautiful day.
Thanks for reading & don't forget to follow!

asos.com. Work hard, spend hard.

Now since I got my first job & my first debit card, I've been like obsessed with online shopping. No matter how I'm feeling, when I get paid, it just makes me the happiest girl alive! It's not so much that I can afford everything but just knowing I can dream to buy anything I want, in the comfort of my home with my hair up in a bun, wearing joggers, basically I don't gotta look good for anyone in my house!
It's like the whole internet has made a joint decision:"If Tosin won't come to the stores, let's take the stores to her. "

Asos.com is just amazing and the sale is so great at the moment, I think delivery is free now also.
They have a range of different styles that can appeal to different people. For example, my mum's not a big fan of me wearing short dresses and when I say short, I mean like anything above the knee is too short. She doesn't even call it short, she says too short.

As expected, most high street stores don't sell dresses that get to your knees & if they do, you're probably left dragging it down every second as they ride up to your thighs after every two steps..yes I'm speaking from experience. HOWEVER asos.com actually has dress & skirts that are midi length.  They're dresses that emphasis your shape making you look classy and fab at the same time. They do do other types of dresses;you can choose the dress length, dress shape, sleeve length etc So if you have the same problem as me or are just want to have a look around, head there because I promise you will not regret it!

So it doesn't look like I'm talking about a website I haven't even bought anything from, I took a few pictures in a skirt I ordered, but I'm going to be returning it as it's not the right size. However I will be buying the exact same skirt in a different size.

I have ordered a dress & some jeans which are on their way so hopefully they'll fit!

Get Yo' Freak On Tag..Enjoy ;)

#1. What's a nickname only your family calls you?
My grandma calls me Doyin as that's one of the name she named me when I was born but my family just call me Tosin. Ooo my 7 year old cousin does call me Tokesin but that's because he can't pronounce my name properly...

#2. What's a weird habit of yours?
I cannot sleep at night without the fan, no matter how cold it is. I just have to have it on.

#3. Do you have any weird phobias?
I don't really have any weird phobias, I'm scared of the regular stuff..spiders, snakes etc.

#4. What's a song you secretly LOVE to blast && belt out when you're alone?
I love those two films and their soundtracks & I'm not afraid to admit it. Who thinks there should be another High School Musical movie? Anyone? Just me? oh.

#5. What's one of your biggest pet peeves?
People eating with their mouths open and hearing the sounds and once I notice it, the sound just increases and it becomes ALL I can hear.

#6. What's one of your nervous habits?
I either fold my arms or twiddle my thumbs or link my fingers together, basically creating a barrier between me and what's making me nervous.

#7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
I sleep on the side nearest to the fan!

#8. What was your first stuffed animal && it's name?
I don't remember my first ever one but I got one when I was 10 and she's called Paula. Paula The Polar Bear.

#9. What's the drink you ALWAYS order at Starbucks?
I don't really go to Starbucks that often when I do go, I get something cold & sweet.

#10. What's the beauty rule you preach.. but never ACTUALLY practise?
Exfoliating. I TRY to do it every 2 days but I always forget to. Shame on me.

#11. Which way do you face in the shower?
I face the shower curtains. I don't face the shower head, I just can't. I don't feel like I have enough space to do my Beyonce moves..

#12. Do you have any 'weird' body 'skills'?
Nope. I can't really do anything. I can't whistle. I can't curl my tongue. I can't roll my r's. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Zero.

#13. What's your favourite 'comfort food'/food that is 'bad' but you love to eat it anyway?
I love yums yums and jam donuts from Greggs.
I love the 79p strawberry laces from Home bargains. TRY 'EM.
I love the 4 for £1.09 hot wings chicken at Morrisons.
I just can't draw myself away from them.

#14. What's a phrase or exclamation you always say?
I will put a link here as to where I got it from.

#15. Time to sleep- what are you ACTUALLY wearing?
Honestly? I'm probably wearing what I wore that day, unless it's jeans, I can sleep in almost anything! But I'm a light sleeper, if my name is called while I'm asleep, I will wake up...not sure if that's a good or bad thing!
